Weather Cancelation Policy
Safety First:

1. In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen
circumstances compromising charter safety, we reserve the right
to cancel,reschedule or change initenary.

2. Customers will be notified at least 2 hours before the
scheduled departure if a cancellation is necessary due to
weather conditions.
Adverse weather conditions may include, but are not limited to:

1. Storms: High winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other
severe weather conditions.

2. High Waves or Swells: Unusually high or rough sea conditions
that could impact the stability of the vessel.

3. Fog: Dense fog that reduces visibility and increases
navigational risks.

4. Lightning: Electrical storms that pose a direct threat to the
safety of those on board.

5. Freezing Conditions: Extremely low temperatures that could
lead to icy conditions and unsafe navigation.
