Refund Policy

Reservation Confirmation:

  • 1. The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  • 2. Cancellations made more than 14 days before a daily charter or 60 days before a multi-day cruise charter may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance.

Consumer Rights (Based on EU Consumer Rights Directive):

Right of Withdrawal:

  • 1. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the conclusion of the contract.
  • 2. Certain services may be exempt if performance begins with the consumer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.

Transparent Information:

  • 1. Clear and comprehensive information about charter services is provided to ensure transparency.

Unfair Commercial Practices:

  • 1. Fair commercial practices are maintained to prevent misleading consumers.

Delivery of Services:

  • 1. Services are delivered within the agreed timeframe or without undue delay.

Refund Deductions:

  • 1. Deductions may be made for the loss in value of goods supplied due to unnecessary handling by the consumer.
